The La Grange Park Police Department has a clear understanding that training not only benefits the organization as a whole, but leads to better employee performance. Training gives each and every employee the opportunity to learn new skills and increase job knowledge. Attached is a list of value added training classes that at least one and sometimes multiple members of the La Grange Park Police Department have attended.
