Robinhood community joint yard area (with easement) floods like a lake in any decent rain desperately needs storm sewer drain to releive hydrostatic foundation pressure and flooding. Village has been out before and made empty promises about installing a sewer drain (from what I understand), but then disappears never to be heard from... PLEASE HELP.

Recently called police due to what seemed to be stray cat risking around or home for a couple weeks. They were great, and came to pick it up and check it for chip. Found out it's a neighbor's cat. Also found out that folks are allowed to let their pretty cats wander freely around neighborhood. Anyone else find this odd?? I personally don't have a problem with the cat itself. It's a friendly little guy, but I find it strange that people would leave their beloved pet out to to wander. The poor little guy could be run over or killed/injured by other animals, or any number of ways. I just don't think this should be allowed.
