The mission of the La Grange Park Police Department is to keep the peace and maintain order in La Grange Park; to safeguard the community and prevent crime; to uphold the law and bring to justice those who break the law; to help the public, educate the community and encourage compliance with the law; and in fulfilling this purpose to exercise appropriate discretion and sound judgment based on the best interest of the community.
