The Downspout Disconnection Assistance Program provides incentives in the form of reimbursements to help owners meet the deadline. Many homeowners have already taken advantage of this program and received their reimbursements. Funding is limited and reimbursements are on a first come first serve basis. In order to be eligible for reimbursement, disconnection must be completed by October 31, 2018.
