Construction Updates - Week Ending June 4, 2021
Maple Ave (aka 17th Ave) Resurfacing Project: The contractor reinstalled all of the manhole frames and adjusted them to grade this week. The resident engineer on the project stated that the final surface layer of asphalt is scheduled to be installed next week.
Ogden Ave – Resurfacing Project: No update to report
31st Street Bridge over the Salt Creek Repairs: Beginning June 7th, IDOT will begin a bridge reconstruction project over Salt Creek on 31st Street. This project will require traffic lane reduction to a single lane in both directions. The construction is anticipated to last well into fall.
